Benaulim ( Goa )

Goa; Benaulim Beach. After finding out Linda had broken her wrist it didn't take a genius to realise that more pushing and shoving on buses and trains wasn't the cure ! So we decided to head to Goa for a spell of R&R. The first week we spent at a nice place with lush gardens but it was way over our budget so we managed to get an apartment for a month which was well withing our means. Most days have involved a 25 minute walk to the beach and lots of reading. There are of course many sights to see on a walk to the beach, below is a sample..

The dead crow is suspended above the fish so that any breeding flies will drop their maggots right on top of them, there is an outside chance that this may even scare off other crows.. maybe.

There are hundreds of these, most appeared overnight on the 24th of December !

The star is about 10ft in diameter, this also appeared as if by magic one night !
